                           Report on Traditional Settlement of Marpha Village                                                                                           By Nepalitecture    Introduction: Marpha  is a  village of Gharpajhong Gaupalika in  Mustang District  in Gandaki Province of  Nepal . At the time of the  1991 Nepal census  it had a population of 1630 people living in 434 individual households. The name itself reflects the "mar" meaning hard working and "pha" meaning people.
